As an undeclared CNU student, you are invited to attend a special workshop during the Choose Your Major Week event.

Juniors, Seniors, and New Transfer Students: September 14 - 18, 2009

Sophomores: September 21 - 25, 2009

Freshmen: September 28 - October 2, 2009

This series of workships is presented by the Center for Career and Academic Planning.  The “Major” Decision Workshop is specifically designed to help answer your questions about: what is important to know about majors, how to narrow your major choices, and how to select the best major option. 

This one-hour workshop is designed as a small group, interactive setting of a succinct presentation, individual assessment testing, and time to meet with a career counselor individually.  Attend this event to become more prepared not only to register for classes for next semester but to begin working toward your personal career development plan.   Choosing a major is a “major” decision – and we are here to help you make the best decision for you.  

To attend this event, simply RSVP by emailing ccap@cnu.edu, with your name and which workshop date and time works best for you.   All you will need for the workshop is to bring a pen and come ready to participate.  If you have any questions, please contact the Center for Career and Academic Planning at 757-594-8887 or by email at ccap@cnu.edu
